We all like to show our pride in a number of different ways. Lots of us tell people about the things that we hold dear to our hearts and have pride in while others take a more outward approach.

T-shirts have always been a way to display our pride as well as hats and other apparel. The piece of apparel that has taken the world by storm, and allowed us to show our pride more than ever, are custom wristbands. You know what I am taking about right.

When you see someone walking around with a wristband that has some type of saying embossed on it, those are the custom wristbands I am speaking of.

Where the trend began

This trend has just started to take off and is pretty much inspired by the bright yellow wristbands that you saw a famous bicyclist selling. The custom made wristbands that have come since are not necessarily a way for a cause to raise money, though that is one great way to raise cash, but to show company names, brand names, club names, family names and basically everything else.

In fact, I used to work for a large office supply store and on one of the pride days they presented all of the employees with a custom wristband embossed with the company logo. I for one did not wear this thing but some people that had extreme pride for the company we worked for they did wear it and were happy.

The awesome thing about the popularity of the custom wristbands trend is that there are a ton of places in the world that are embossing custom wristbands in bulk for cheap. What this means for the consumer is that they can order a handful of specialized wristbands for their clubs or school or such. Check it out.
